Shipping Policy

We ship within the United States. Standard shipping is a flat $10.00 per order at checkout.

Canada: We can ship to Canada, but Canadian orders are handled directly — email grailedlocker.us@gmail.com or DM us before ordering, because a Canadian address cannot check out on the site yet.

All products are source-to-order: once you place an order, we secure your pair and ship it to you. Processing before shipment takes 3–5 business days.

You will receive tracking by email once your order ships.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once a package is in transit.
